A successful JCAM will be comfortable listening to customers wants and needs and recommending products that exceed their expectations.

As a Customer Logistics Specialist you will communicate with customers via telephone, email, online chat and text and oversee the e-commerce shipping and delivery needs of Cutting Edge Firewood Customers. You will be responsible for working closely with the operations team so all parties have the communication necessary to take great care of our Customers.

The Delivery Artisan manages the operations and delivery of pre-packaged firewood and other products directly to our customers and is responsible for providing a best in class customer experience. A successful DA will have a collaborative, team-oriented mentality while effectively executing their workload.
